Business Analysts have a key position in a corporation. They make the bridge between the business and the technology, this way they gain the unique ability to step outside and supervise what happens inside, as a figure of speech, they are the counselors, the judges and doctors of a company. A good firm has a business analyst, if not long term functionality and wealth are compromised.

And of course to make this possible they need professional analysis and someone to come with solutions to these problems, they need an employee that has an objective view, can criticize and find real bad spots that can be fixed or to present alternative views to a certain plan. It would be disastrous if a long prepared plan proves in the end to be a bad idea just because it hasn’t been updated with the latest trends, so here comes the business analyst and changes it according to his research, documentation, statistics and so on.
